Hi, and thanks for stopping by my Blog,

My name is Robyn and I live in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I was born in Vancouver but have also lived in the USA and Australia. I would describe myself as a person who both works and plays hard. I am an outdoor enthusiast and have a passion for skiing, travel (local and international) and flying kites. I also enjoy anything to do with the Ocean, boats and dogs. I spend my time with family and friends, hiking, walking, rollerblading, swimming, horseback riding, reading, camping, cooking and generally enjoying life. I have a Bachelors Degree from the University of British Columbia and work full-time as a Registered Nurse.

As for my blog I am not too sure how it will develop over time but I’m pretty much going to write what is on m mind and I look forward to seeing what directions it will evolve. I also would like to spend some time here writing about my past traveling adventures as well as my personal and work life at present.

In 2008 my partner Tyler Ingram and I created www.westcoastalpine.com which is a ski and snowboard niche blog that we co-author.  We are so passionate about ski/snowboarding we have our own blog in which we talk about what is happening in ski/snowboard sports, the Vancouver Olympics 2010 on the mountains, ski/riding days and the latest gear.  So, I forsee on this blog not talking too much in detail about skiing but please check out www.westcoastalpine.com.  We love to get up on the local mountains, Whistler, and hopefully, one day, some international ski resorts.
